The Great Room

The main gathering space at the Boathouse touts 180° views of serene Eagle Harbor and Waterfront Park. Double doors open to the east onto a sunny deck that extends the length of the building to the front entrance. The Great Room affords a full range of options for layouts and use cases thanks to a comprehensive A/V package, onsite inventory of tables and chairs, and commercial warming kitchen.

The Conference Room

Optional Lawn Access

The lawn adjacent to the boathouse is City of Bainbridge Island property, and use of this space requires a separate city permit. Our Venue Manager can walk you through the process and provide guidance on reserving the lawn if you’d like to include this outdoor area in your event.
